RETURN POLICY

​We hope you love your Detangle Duette but if in the unfortunate case that you don’t want your item, feel free to contact us within 14 days of receiving it at care@detangleduette.com to arrange a return. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

​We can only accept returns on unused items in a resaleable condition, and in unopened packaging due to hygiene reasons.

​So we can find your order and process any applicable refunds, please retain a proof of returns receipt and tracking number and within your return include the following:
